TipDirect makes it simple for customers to tip couriers and door-to-door workers - cashlessly, fairly, and straight to the person who did the work.
Our mission
Parcel delivery and doorstep work are physical, time-pressed jobs. Cash tips are awkward when nobody carries change. TipDirect gives every worker a unique tip page and QR code so a customer can tip in seconds after a delivery.
How it works
- A worker creates an account and links a wallet - Revolut, PayPal, Monzo, or Stripe Express
- They print or stick a TipDirect QR on parcels or materials
- The customer scans, tips from £1, and sees the 29p cover fee before paying
- Funds are routed toward the worker's wallet, not held as TipDirect wages
Built for UK couriers first
We are starting with UK couriers and expanding to other door-to-door roles. Workers can apply for a Verified badge by sharing proof-of-work, helping tippers trust they are tipping the right person.
Branding
Tip pages use TipDirect branding by default so customers recognise a trusted tip flow. Paid white-label options are available for operators who need their own look.
